Isn't it awful feeling old and out of shape? Wouldn't you give anything just to lose an extra 20 pounds? Are you tired of feeling like the only one that needs to lose weight? If so you've come to the right place. Most of my life I was out of shape and I finally cracked the code as to what the average person needs to do to lose weight. I can't give you all of my tips here but I'd like to share at least 3 more tips with you.
Tip #1-
The first tip is to find a friend or family member that has a goal of losing weight and join them. Losing is one of the hardest things you can do in the world. It will make it a lot easier if you can be held accountable by someone else. 99% of all people aren't self-starters so it's important they have someone to go along with them.
Tip #2-
The next tip is to keep a journal of your weight loss journey. Keeping a journal is important because you can write down a whole bunch of things that will help you to be successful. For example you could write down the exercises you did and for how long. You could weigh yourself once per week and write it down. You can write down the type of food you eat. Just by doing this you'll be well on your way to seeing a lot of success. Even better is taking a picture once per week and sticking it in your journal.
Tip #3-
The last tip is to push through things no matter how hard they get. During your weight loss journey you'll notice some weeks where you lose up to 10 pounds and other weeks you might even gain a little. This is just how it goes unfortunately. This is why it's important to keep a strong attitude and persevere because eventually you'll hit your goals and get the bod you've always wanted.
